How the partnership works

This page is the whole thing, written out. What happens on the first call, how a product gets chosen and built, who handles which part, how terms are arrived at, and what happens if it ends. Read it top to bottom and you will know exactly what you would be agreeing to before you ever speak to us.

The seven stages

  1. 01

    Fit call

We look at your audience, your engagement, and what people keep asking you for. Not every creator is a fit, and we say so on the first call rather than three weeks later.

  2. 02

    Mutual due diligence

Both sides look hard at the other before terms are discussed. We examine the audience and what it will take to build for it. You examine our work, our process, and our references. Nobody commits on a good feeling.

  3. 03

    Product strategy

We decide together what to build and what it sells for. That comes from what your audience already asks about, not from what is easiest for us to produce.

  4. 04

    Build

We write, design, and produce the entire product. You review and approve it. You do not write it, format it, or chase a designer.

  5. 05

    Infrastructure

Sales page, checkout, delivery, customer support, refunds. All ours. Your name is on the product; our inbox handles the buyer who can't open the file.

  6. 06

    Launch

An email sequence, a content plan for your channels, and a launch calendar with dates. You know what you are posting and when before launch week starts.

  7. 07

    Distribution and payment

Promotion continues after launch week so the product keeps selling instead of spiking once. Revenue is collected, accounted for, and distributed on a set schedule with a statement you can read.

Terms and structure

Splits are arrived at case by case, following mutual due diligence. What the audience looks like, what the product takes to build and support, and what each side contributes all move the number. We do not publish a rate card because a rate card would be wrong in most cases, and we would rather quote you accurately than quickly.

Ownership of the product, the customer list, and the underlying material is defined in the agreement rather than left to assumption. Your name, likeness, and audience remain yours in every version of this arrangement.

If the partnership ends, the agreement already says what happens: notice period, what continues to sell, how outstanding revenue is settled, and what each side keeps. Nobody has to negotiate that under pressure.

Exclusivity is negotiated, not assumed, and is scoped to the category of product we build together rather than to everything you do.

All of it is documented in a written agreement signed by both parties before any work begins.

Questions

Who owns the product?
Ownership is set in the written agreement before work begins. Your name, likeness, and audience are always yours, and the agreement says so in plain terms.
What if it doesn't sell?
Then it doesn't sell, and we have both spent time. We carry the production cost, which is why we are selective about fit before we start.
Do I have to do anything?
You approve the strategy, review the product, and post to your own channels during launch. A few hours a month, concentrated around launch.
How is the split decided?
Case by case, after mutual due diligence, based on the audience, the scope of the product, and what each side is contributing. There is no rate card, and we won't quote one before we know your situation.
How much of my audience's trust am I spending?
As little as we can manage. We only build things your audience has already asked for, and you approve every piece of copy that goes out under your name.
What does it cost me up front?
Nothing. We fund production. If there were an up-front fee, this would be an agency, and it isn't.
Can I stop?
Yes. Exit terms, notice, and what happens to a live product are all documented in the agreement before you sign it.
Am I locked into exclusivity?
Exclusivity is negotiated, not assumed, and it is scoped to the product category we build together rather than to everything you do.
